I was really very impressed with the outcome of my new wordpress theme. They really outdid themselves, here. I was also really impressed with the artwork capability in my caricature. Most web designers can't draw worth a lick. Prompt, professional, attentive. Also, BASED IN THE USA so you know there won't be any issues with English/communication. Highly, highly, highly recommended. Even if somebody from another country offers to charge you less, go with Waters Designs. You will see the difference.

Take it from me, before you think about going outside of the US, you need to give Shari a try. Prior to her, I experienced 3 different website designers (on separate projects). Because I have a small budget, I figured I could only afford out-of-country developers. Not only will the language barrier cause issues, but there was also a lack of communication (not sure if this was a cultural thing, or a web developer thing). They would get 70-80% done, but then it would take forever for them to finish, and as you know it's still useless if it's not 100% complete. Frustrated with the other providers and unable to risk any more delays, I finally contacted her to see if she could finish by Jan 1 (which would give her 2 days). She finished it in ONE DAY! Trust me, the headaches are not worth it to hire someone else. This provider is a true gem.
